Description:

1967 Rolex Date 1503 18K Yellow Gold Oyster Perpetual Unpol Wristwatch. In overall excellent condition. Oyster case has remained unpolished and the gold has developed an incredible warm hue. Case is fully hallmarked and stamped. Some light wear in keeping with age. It is very rare to find this model in 18 karat yellow gold as most came in 14 karat. Original Tritium Champagne dial is excellent featuring nice warm lume plots. Hands and dial react to UV and fade rapidly at same pace. Original date wheel is excellent. Caliber 1570 Oyster Perpetual movement is running and keeping time. This is one of the finest examples of this model we've ever come across.
