Description:

An attractive Vintage Meylan 816A Stainless Steel Chronograph Manual Wristwatch. 37mm stainless steel case in great condition, has been previously polished in keeping with its age, original signed crown. Inner caseback text is fully legible. Original silver chronograph dial's outer rim has patina'd into a very interesting look, "T Swiss T" is worn but still partially visible. Original luminescent on both hands and dial. Original low dome crystal is has some light scratching in keeping with its age. Bidirectional steel bezel is crisp to the touch. Faded Ghost Insert compliments the patina'd dial perfectly (missing pearl at 12 o'clock). Caliber 1873 manual wind movement is fully signed, running, winds smoothly, and chronograph starts/ resets to 0 properly.
